Sunshine and showers greeted the Sunday team at Ottery St Mary for this weekend friendly. Chard dominated the match from the off and would have quickly gone ahead were it not for Ottery's solid defence and goalkeeping. As it was the score remained 0-0 at half time. The second half saw Chard on the attack yet again and this time they were rewarded with a goal from Rachel Derham. Although the home team battled hard to break through, Chard remained strong and Heidi Warren got a well deserved, icing on the cake, second goal for the visitors to run out decisive winners.
