This is a reminder that our AGM is at 7.30pm on Tuesday 16th June in the upstairs function room of The Phoenix Hotel, Chard.

It is vitally important as many of you as possible attend this meeting. As our Treasurer Lyndsay will explain, the 2025/26 season has been a particularly difficult one financially, due to a combination of factors. A substantial shortfall between income and expenditure has to be addressed. The committee has already discussed a couple of ways of doing this.

The AGM will be your opportunity to hear about these, to discuss the situation and to vote on the proposals. PLEASE make every effort to attend the meeting.
